The QDoctor Android app — the live queue, the OPD console, walk-ins, your chambers and your day’s collection, all in your pocket. The web app at qdoctor.in does everything the app does, so you never have to install anything to get started.

Installing it

  1. Open this page on the Android phone and tap the download button.
  2. When the download finishes, tap the file. Android will ask permission to install apps from your browser — allow it.
  3. Play Protect will warn that the app was not installed from the Play Store. That is expected for a direct download. Choose Install anyway.
  4. Open QDoctor. You can explore the whole app in demo mode without an account.
Why the warning? Android shows it for any app installed outside the Play Store, however it was built. The file is signed with our own release key, so your phone can confirm every future update genuinely comes from us. We are preparing the Play Store listing, which removes the warning.

iPhone Coming soon

The iPhone app is built and running — it shares the same codebase as the Android app, screen for screen. It reaches you through the App Store, which takes a little longer than a direct download. Until then, open qdoctor.in in Safari and add it to your Home Screen: it behaves like an app, including the live queue.

What you can do in it

As a patient — find pharmacies near you, see which doctors are sitting today, take a serial, and watch the queue move in real time so you leave home at the right moment.

As a clinic or pharmacy — run the OPD console: call the next patient, add walk-ins at the counter, book advance serials for future dates, and see the day’s collection.

As a doctor — go live in a tap, manage your chambers and weekly sittings, plan leave on a calendar, and set your consultation fee separately at each chamber.

Questions

Does it cost anything? No. Patients never pay QDoctor — you pay the doctor at the counter as you always have.

Will it update itself? A direct download does not auto-update. Once the Play Store listing is live, move to it and updates arrive on their own.
