1. Agreement and operator
These Terms govern your use of QDoctor, operated by Aero Knowledge Solutions Pvt Ltd ("QDoctor", "we", "us"). By creating an account, making a booking, purchasing a subscription or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What QDoctor provides
QDoctor provides scheduling, booking, token, estimated-wait and live queue-management software for in-person doctor visits. We are not a hospital, pharmacy or medical practitioner and do not provide diagnosis, prescriptions, medical advice, emergency response or teleconsultation.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials and OTPs secure, and use only accounts you are authorised to operate. You must not impersonate another person, interfere with a queue, submit false attendance or token reports, abuse messaging, evade charges, reverse-engineer security controls or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention or service integrity.
4. Patient bookings
A booking reserves a place in an operational queue, not a guaranteed consultation time. Serial numbers and ETAs may change because of emergencies, provider delays, walk-ins, cancellations, consultation length or corrections by authorised staff. The doctor or facility controls clinical priority and whether a consultation proceeds.
5. Providers and authorised staff
Doctors, pharmacies and clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, schedules, fees, availability and queue actions; for holding required registrations and permissions; and for ensuring that receptionists, queue managers and other staff act only within their authority. QDoctor may verify information but does not endorse or rank medical quality.
6. Charges, subscriptions and taxes
Prices and billing periods are shown before checkout and on our Pricing page. A doctor's consultation fee is normally paid at the chamber and is separate from QDoctor charges. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically where stated at checkout. You authorise the selected payment provider to collect the displayed amount and applicable taxes. Store purchases are also governed by Apple App Store or Google Play terms.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Cancelling a recurring subscription prevents future renewal but normally does not remove access already paid for through the current billing period.
8. Communications
We may send essential account, booking, queue, payment and security messages by app notification, SMS, WhatsApp, phone or email where permitted. Marketing messages will use the choices and consent controls required by applicable law.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep QDoctor reliable, but internet access, third-party services and real-world provider actions are outside our complete control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QDoctor is not liable for medical decisions or outcomes, provider acts or omissions, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Intellectual property
QDoctor's software, brand, interfaces and original content belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
11. Changes and termination
We may improve or modify the service and update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. You may stop using QDoctor at any time and may request account deletion subject to lawful retention and the disclosed grace period.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts with jurisdiction in West Bengal, India will have jurisdiction.
